Artwork is sourced through galleries, private collectors, dealers, auctions, and directly from artists. Kelly manages each acquisition from identifying the work through negotiation, invoicing, payment, pick-up, and delivery.
Every potential acquisition is researched through a network of resources, databases, price comparables, and libraries, and evaluated for authenticity, condition, rarity, price, provenance, exhibition history, and market demand.

Kelly works directly with private collectors to source, place, and steward museum-quality works in the home, from a single statement piece to a full residential collection. Many clients think about long-term value alongside connoisseurship, and every recommendation is grounded first in quality and fit for the collector.

Kelly develops full-office art programs, from space planning and gallery sourcing through installation, insurance coordination, and post-installation documentation, tailored to a company’s brand, culture, and physical space. Proper installation is critical to a collection’s success. Kelly is involved throughout, managing logistics, conservation, lighting, and insurance.
For new and renovated homes and offices, she plans for art from the start: identifying key walls so reinforcement goes in before walls close, coordinating with lighting designers and electricians, and handling building logistics and vetted art handlers.
